Returns Policy

If the products purchased are faulty, damaged, we would like to offer you an exchange or refund, where appropriate. Items that have been incorrectly ordered and remain sealed will be taken back too

Please use the form to contact us and raise your return.

You must return the products to: the address provided by our customer service team within 14 days of receipt. We recommend sending it by tracked delivery and keeping your receipt as proof of return.

If you have chosen to exchange the products, we will dispatch the replacement products as soon as we can

If you are eligible for a refund, we will make payment back to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
